I've never played the board game and thought I could learn the game through this app. Big mistake. There's no real tutorial and the help screens are FAR from helpful. If I could get a refund on this, I would...I regret not trying out the app immediately after buying it... A total waste of money for me.

No tutorial was a bad idea but after reading the rules and looking at the hints it's beginning to come together. Very elegant game, nicely done. I hope they don't give up on it like they did with Collapsible D!

While there is no tutorial, the instructions are detailed enough to figure things out quickly; it helps that they can be accessed in-game. I just played through five games and am loving it! The look and the music suit the theme well and the concept is a lot of fun. My favorite part so far is the variety of the missions. Well worth the money. One fix needed: the Game Center achievements are not in English.
Terrible port

This is a terrible port from the board game. They didn't even implement the new rules from the re release in 2013 which turns the lose a move white balls to wild cars which speeds the game up. There is no place to take actual notes and the GUI is just awful. It's a great game, but this app doesn't do it justice.
