My morning has changed

gramakri

This app has changed my mornings. I look at this app before any in the morning . Helps me look at news, like I need it to be, provides me information and keep me connected to the globe. First paid app I have bought for news in years and I think it’s a keeper.

Pretends to safeguard privacy but doesn’t: badgers you with emails you didn’t sign up for.

The news is actually packaged and can be dated. There is no access to the newspapers advertised rather one has to go through what they perceive as newsworthy. Junk app and Hyatt Hotels should be ashamed for selling out to a bogus app.

Great app!

Rarely do I leave a review for an app but felt compelled to do so here. Inkl is everything I've been looking for in a news application, plus they actually seem to “get it” and how to appear to treat their customers well. Very happy.

It is a right direction, but there is something to be improved.

It is a right direction, but there is something to be improved. First, some news sources are gone like the WSJ and the Washington Post. Besides, the price of $9.99/mo is quite expensive. What’s more, some articles from sources like FT are dated, although I know most of their articles are not free. My last suggstion is more top business news sources are needed to be added ASAP such as the WSJ and the Nikkei and please always keep the FT articles updated. You are on the right track, “one paywall for all paywalls”, while some details are far not perfect.

The news app for objective readers

eastoneddie

Never thought I would write a review for a paid news app, but INKL is exceptional! Well curated news from sources with a history of strong objective reporting. Just read a superior article from Foreign Policy journal that I would have missed without this app. This app also helps you to dig down in a subject. The good news feature is great also. My only “complaint” is I wish there was an option to switch to black on white type

Makes Keeping Up With News So Easy!

Khanum1

This app has taken out the frustration and confusion of keeping up with the news. I tried other apps and readers but found myself sifting through lots of content I didn’t want to read. With Inkl, everything is relevant and I love that the sources are more varied than what I would naturally read on my own. I’m glad I finally found a reader that works for me. Fantastic product!

Meh

About to finish the trial of this news app. I use Apple’s News app regularly so that is my basis of comparison. Inkl’s strength supposedly is that their articles are curated by humans from a wide variety of reputable media sources. If this is true, then the human’s must work part-time and only on on weekends because the articles do not feel refreshed nearly as quickly as News. Also, News gives me much fresher news but constant updates through the day from sources , like Inkl, that I can choose including any current subscriptions. Inkl’s UI is also a bit clunky and I didn’t really enjoy using it as much. A lot of potential but I’ll take News over this throughout everyday of the week.

Breath of fresh air

I'm in the trial period right now but I think I might end up actually paying money for this application, it's so refreshing to know that the news sources are carefully researched. And no ads!

Great News App.

Good news reading app. Kind of like the Netflix of newspapers. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to read a wide variety of news to get a better more rounded view of the world we live in. The interface is clean and the curated content is relevant. You could also go to the source and read the entire newspaper. To the developers.. well done
