It was a nice way to keep track of all of my friends with different fitness trackers. We had it for 1 week and got a message they are discontinuing contests. Now they want you to pay for the same features that were free originally. No thanks. Deleted!

I wasted so much time trying to figure out how using and syncing this app. Every time I asked support for help they’d refer me to some documents to read!!! What now a days app requires reading help manuals?? I also sensed defensiveness and attitude every time I tried to explain that the app is not intuitive and that I’m spending a lot of time figuring it out. I wouldn’t use this app again. Apps should be intuitive, fool proof, and plug-and-play design.

It was good while it lasted. We had added a bunch of friends because it was a simple way to track our progress. Then we’re told we need to move to “wellness platforms”. No explanation and nothing that would explain how to let us use it for free. Also customer service felt it was necessary to go on about their feelings rather than give any actual answers when asked how to continue to use this service and the free option. We can no longer do contests. It being free and fun is no longer an option apparently.

It took me an incredibly long time to unsuccessfully create an account via Facebook. After giving Facebook access I’m redirected to a screen to enter my password (why?? I’ve created an account with Facebook.) then there is a both a sign AND a login button (which one do I click?? Only one should be present) an upon clicking either I’m told I’ve submitted an incorrect password. After doing this for about 15 minutes I’ve given up.

This is the first app that I’ve used that allows challenges in all categories from (steps, calories burned, distance, activity mins, & even sleep) and also allow users to really put there fitness tracking devices to the test. Being a cross platform app gives this app the edge and not limiting users stay in one ecosystem. Example Fitbit/Fitbit app it’s very limited and is only for Fitbit users. The Fitbit ecosystem is nice but very limited. The same as Polar, Garmin, etc..... With most free apps users will experience some bugs but complainers will complain. All good things get better with time.

Since updating to the latest iOS app version, I can no longer login using Facebook.

Good app, fun to compete against any device that friends have. BUT, it needs a manual sync button to force the sync, not just an auto hourly update. Thanks!

This app would be great...it has a friendly UI and great features except one fatal flaw: it doesn't show any data! Whenever I check it says to try again in a hour. I've tried multiple times including deleting and reinstalling the app but never shows my health data.
F you God dam nickname
Doesn't pull data from HealthKit or Apple Watch. Might end up being good if they get it fixed.
