It's great, I can't stop playing but the energy cost kills me and you guys need to make it easier to earn coins

I loved this game, and have been a long time player. But I just lost so much of what I had worked to collect! I opened up the app to play today I went from almost 1.5 million credits down to 300, lost all of the new characters that I had fought for as well as many of the older characters I maxed out and maxed out multiple types of gear. So frustrated! I can't even begin to Magent how many hours and hours of grinding that I have lost! I'm hoping somebody from Edmond can read this and fix this immediately for me please. Again I love the game, but this one and it for me for sure. Way too much to try to go back and start over again. Lost Shazams, yellow lantern, etc. besides the characters that I had maxed out and upgraded for maximum damage critical hits etc. so so frustrated.

I love this game and have a lot of fun playing it and I was so happy to see an Arkham knight pack come into the store. I really wanted the batman card and was unlucky to have not picked it up the first time around. When I saw this come out and saw that it was limited time I immediately rushed and started farming as much as I could to get the gold to buy it because I had missed limited time things before. I spent the whole day working to get the coins to buy the pack and I was super excited when I went to open it but when I opened it I didn't get the card that I had wanted so I looked at the pack and realized it was just a chance to get the card. I don't know if rng in this game hates me or if it's just extremely hard to get batman cards in this game but I really wish I would have gotten the card because I don't want to miss out on it again.
