This game is pretty great, love the mechanics and other gameplays, but the one problem about this game is shards. Like what the heck and I need like 100 or 200 shards for that one character and I haven’t got a single gold card till this day and it pretty upsetting that I missed a lot of challenge gold card despite that my team are a bunch of silver and it pretty retarded. Please make gold character easily obtainable.

The battle area is garbage it matches u up against level 40s and 50s when u just start the game so just to do all the daily changes I have 6 loses already y’all need to fix level brackets

I love playing the game it is very fun I love deadshot the most because I really love gun people but I would like more characters in the game so please fix the game or I will stop playing with the game

They design this game so you virtually have no other option than to buy their character packs. Acquiring them without paying is essentially impossible and takes what seems like centuries. It’s a designed money cow, you play it for a bit and then you reach a point where you have no other option than to buy the character or you’ll keep losing.
Bugs/Glitches Everywhere

This game is full of problems. Controls not working, progression incredibly slow and indirect. RNG for almost every aspect. The worst part though is the bugs and glitches that ruin gameplay especially the raids and what’s worse is the ridiculously slow response to address and or fix any of this. I still play but it’s not worthy of a cent.

Being that you have to defeat the hardest level(8) there should be nothing less than a 4tier Xp capsule. I been playing for a while almost a year and I keep getting 1 and 2 sometimes 3 tier capsules and once in a blue moon a tier 4 capsule. 5 and 6 have been nonexistent. I know they are random but....yeah . Also is there something coming to where we can change shards to gold or something. Or change shards to another character. Because I have a swamp thing that is 5star and have 187 shards extra..
