Support links on developers page not working

Tried submitting this issue on developer website but the support and contact us links don’t work. We just installed injustice 2 on iPad mini 5 and after the first fight with Batman and into the fight with Wonder Woman, it asks us to raise his damage, the instructions only lets you click on specific parts of the screen and won’t let you go back to the main menu. We can’t raise Batman’s strength because it says “upgrade at hero level 2” then we are stuck on that screen and can’t play.
My game will not Load

The game is really fun but for two days I haven’t been able to get on because it won’t load. The game started crashing sometimes but I thought it was really nothing. I’ve tried to restart my phone and even deleted and reinstalled the game. But still won’t load for me to play.

Bought like a few packs.Every time it’s silver even in special packs.It’s getting harder & harder to unlock gold caracters even if you pay for it.Something needs to be looked at
