The app has made great improvements. Like the integration of business and personal banking. Use app for day to day banking. The only issue is the low daily limit on payments.

I use both the ABN AMRO and this ING app, and this is superior. It's modern, utilizes Touch ID, and the interface is clear and easy to use. I love the fact that I rarely have to go to the web to manage my account.

It's far the best mobile banking app I have ever used. It's beautiful and simple design shows that they thought about the details very thoroughly. I haven't seen any crash or a kind of instability for last 4 months so it deserves a good review. I am seriously considering to bring my all other accounts in other banks to ING just because of this app.

It does all you need flawlessly...

... And very fast. From anywhere you are. I am at the point that I do rarely use the standard web application and I do all my banking transactions using this App. It is well designed, easy to use and in both English and Dutch (except Inga voice controls which are only in Dutch) Cute App for the Appl Watch also with a fast snapshot of your balance. At ING they show customer attention as most of the suggested features had been implemented. Few missing, but for that rare cases I get to the web.

A breeze of fresh air for expats struggling with all the apps and websites made in Dutch only. This app has made my life easier and the bank is pretty much the friendliest in there world of old-school banking in the NL.
