I’m so tired of having to put so much into learning enough to find out it only plays mp4’s, and doesn’t let you view; much less open zip files! I just download everything I can see to this app...

I bought infuse 4 back before there were subscriptions. I downloaded infuse today thinking I had a license but nope I need to pay to upgrade. Shameless. I’ll look elsewhere. No loyalty.

After struggling a lot to find a functional app for watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S finally I found the best app for converting mkv and other formats to videos Thanks a lot for your brilliant app and now I’m about to finish the second season of it!!! Thanks a lot

For the money it should work figuratively right out of the box. With the original intent of getting specific audio as advertised I have yet to see other than Dolby Digital appear present w my DTS amplifier and still performing configuration adjustments and format re-rips in hopes that I could be wrong. But when simple files such as AAC, ALAC and last try w MP3 doesn’t appear when adding smb favorite folders and yet the same files do appear on similar alternative apps and Smart TVs there is an issue. MKV and Mp4 Video files begin and then stop. Neither in any duration 1min or 2hour has worked continuously or straight thru. (Netgear Nighthawk WiFi Rout., 4K TvOS, Dolby Vision/HDR Tvs, Kwilt3 Storag. Dev) And my issue at this point is where can I request a refund?

Confusing, doesn’t work for almost everything on my device. Total waste of time. Don’t bother with this. Better ones have to be around.
Something Wrong With iXpand When Named In Chinese Using iXpand

There still is Something Wrong With infuse when files or folders stored in iXpand named in Chinese, and I had sent details of that to you by both emails and website posts weeks before. Hope to fix that ASAP! Thank you!

Love that it connects to local plex server but can’t even play one movie without paying? Would buy if I could see it (and no, not doing free trial).
