Infolio takes full advantage of Drag and Drop in iOS 11. Drag photos, notes, web links and documents from other apps and arrange them all on one visual board.
Invite People to your Boards
Infolio is a place for collaboration, so you can invite people to any space you create and instantly share your content. Participants don’t even have to register to view the space, but if they do they will be able to add more content, chat and leave comments.
Comment on any Document, Task or Note
Start a discussion anywhere. All the content you add to your information spaces can be commented on by people you are sharing the space with. It’s a universal collaboration layer on top of all your digital content!
Manage To-Do Lists and Assign Tasks
Unlimited number of to-do lists on any space. Assign any task to a person, chat right there within that task, set due date, receive notifications about the task progress.
On iPhone, iPad and Web
Effective collaboration means being able to stay up-to-date no matter where you are, on any screen. Use Infolio on iPhone, iPad or Web to review updates, comment and chat, assign and review tasks.
If you run out of spaces
Professional version with unlimited spaces and 50GB of storage is available for as low as $49.99 a year (or $4.99 for monthly subscription).
By selecting a new plan, you will be charged the amount straight away. Subscription will automatically renew on expiration. You can turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your billing period ends by going to your iTunes Account Settings.
Subscription
Infolio is free to use, but auto-renewable subscription may be required to enable more spaces and more storage capacity:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

I have been searching for an app like this for years. Superficially it seems like the are other like apps... perhaps there are, but none with the simplicity and power of this one. I love the task integration, ability to create boards infinitely — and have that same data as nicely presented back to me on my ipad, as my phone as my laptop. The deep integration with iOS12 makes it seamless to import, open and save things into this app. I could not be happier. Bye bye private flipboards, bye bye pocket. Infolio is my new best friend.

Useful with limits

This is for the iphone ver of the app. Looks promising but needs some more flexibility. Within the board say you try to reorganize items on the board you can’t. It’s something I have no problem doing on the apple’s note app. Captioning photos scribble etc are all not available. Will update my review as I go
