Great app

I’ve been looking for a app like this for some time. It’s a multiple use container that can be used to store information that is normally scattered around my laptop, dropbox and ICloud. The app provides me a way to gather relevant information into a single place. The information can be organized into views such as Business Plans or 2105 Projects. Granted the app is a bit crude right now because of it’s newness, but the support is excellent and the developers are working on new features, better documentation and adding iCloud access (the app doesn’t support iCloud yet.)

Great Idea, Needs Work

I love the concept of connecting all this stuff together into one workspace in a highly visual way. In fact, it's exactly what I've always needed. But several of the integrations don't work properly. ==EVERNOTE== I have no problem connecting to my Evernote account, but anything I've saved as an image doesn't show up in the viewer. You cannot copy and paste from an Evernote entry; you can only drag and drop the whole note. When you open the notes in Infolio, all formatting is lost, making them harder to read. ==WEB IMAGES== Some web images are not supported. I tried dragging and dropping from one e-tailer's website and got unsupported messages instead of pictures on the Infolio workspace. The only workaround I could find was to do an image search for the site on Google and pull the images from there. ==MICROSOFT OFFICE DOCS== These appear not to be supported, but I've only tried dragging and dropping them from email. I am able to workaround this issue by saving MS docs as Google docs and accessing them from my Google Drive. ==MS EXCHANGE EMAILS== Similar to the Evernote problem, I am only able to drag and drop an entire email, not copy and paste only the part I need into a note. I will keep playing with it and see what I can find for workarounds, but it appears the app is not ready for prime time.

I've been looking for a app like this for a while. Beautiful UI and smooth functionality. Suggestions: - Longtap on links to open in new tab within the web browser - Table function with customizable columns & rows for organizing/grouping text and images - Customizable backgrounds - Custom color options for notes, text and highlighting - Customizable typeface/font sizes - Option to export workspaces to PDF

Just what I needed!

I have countless apps for productivity. Any of them & all of them. This is by far my favorite for working out & viewing my to-do lists. It lets you spread everything out. You can add pics, notes, labels. It's amazing & I love it.

Great app

This is very close to everything I want. Very exciting app. I can't get my exchange account connected tho. I haven't had any difficulty with anything and keep getting surprised at some of the functions that I continue to find. In addition to me getting to use my exchange account, I would like to see some ability to organize the files. Great app.

Has Potential

I want to like this app, but it is Really Slow and takes forever to load and I don't have the patience to wait to explore and navigate around it. The description makes this app look very relevant and useful, that is why I got it.

Helpful

Pleased as can be

My profession is not sales, but I have been looking for an app that would allow me to have multiple "pages" in front of me - rather than the inconvenient back-and-forth practice of closing one app and open another. Infolio allows me to set up a board with scanned documents, internet sites, photos, email messages, to-do lists, etc...all on one page. It is helpful for my organization of client files and saves me time. One complaint: when I want to open Infolio it generally crashes on the first attempt and I have to try to open it again. Would appreciate a bug-fix.

Love it, love it, love it!

I feel like I've waited for an folio on my life. That's not much of an exaggeration. In folio collects my different types of data and collects them into meaningful folders. I'm able to collect information from cloud services, from my emails, from the web browser, from clipboard, from my photos, and on and on.and when I want to do something, enfolding oh just works. Yes, there are two that I would like in future updates. One thing I would like would be four and folio to rotate directions on the iPad. And folio works in horizontal, but doesn't switch to vertical. Another thing that I would like would be a more robust web browser that allows for downloads, or simply just the ability to click on a link and pop up the default web browser. The web browser is fine for simple tasks, but for more complex tasks a more robust browser is needed. Overall, and folio is definitely one of my top go to applications. I don't ever want to live without it again!

Perfect Idea!

So I gave this app a try and used it as a way of studying for my exams. It worked! PDF's, Power Point presentations, Webpages, notes, and more, it all merges into a beautiful working space you can customize. This app functions as a way of externalizing your working mental space into a physical array of ideas, thoughts and images. It's a much needed app and I sincerely hope it remains free. Thanks Infolio for reinventing studying!
