I agree that there is a bit of a security flaw in just requiring a phone number to the account. Anyone that knows me; knows I drive an Infiniti and knows my phone number. Easy access to my vin number and other information along with the use of my service. But other than that this is great!! Love it.
Pointless app

Seriously, why did Infiniti spend money making this app? There is nothing you can do with it that isn't more convenient by just picking up your phone.
Landscape support

Would be nice if it supported landscape mode! I hate typing in portrait mode. Very hard to type fast and accurately.

For a service that is suppose to be geared towards helping customers, I found them to be disinterested and unhelpful. I felt like I was bothering them when I called. My dealer paid for 4 years of this and I won't use them anymore.
