When I open it it goes to the red screen than black than back to the red screen and then closes

It's stupid how you can't open levels without having coins. I am not paying money for coins. I think three should unlock after finishing the first three. Also I did unlock a level a couple of times and when I clicked out off the game and went back it was locked again... How dumb.. Please fix this.. Thanks a lot :-)

I bought coins then unlocked a category , but then the next time I went to play it locked back up!! I want my coins back!!!

This game is fun, but when I close the app after unlocking packs, it's as if I never bought them. The next time I open the app, they're locked. Please fix this, or I'm deleting the app.
