As a mental health professional I use this app with my clients and their ability to be mindful and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression are greatly benefited.

I've used Chopra's first meditation app Living in Love for a year and it's my favorite thing to do to start my day on the right foot and mindset. So I was very excited to see he has come out with other apps for different areas of focus which I've wanted for a while. So well put together and beautiful to look at! And the music is very calming and peaceful. I have difficulty doing meditation on my own so the guidance these give make a big difference. Yes, it's a bit pricey to buy all of the meditations but it really IS worth it. Haven't regretted it.

Great for beginners with a little time

I set the timer for 10 minutes right before I start work and the guided meditations are helping me to "learn" to mediate. My brain is always busiest in quiet so learning to silence it through meditation is a blessing!

I love this app- have the living I love as well. It is easy to use and I like how I can spin the options for my daily mediation- it always seems to know what I need to focus on. Be careful updating however, I dis this once and lost all of my previous purchases and had to buy them again.

This app is not completely free. You need to subscribe to additional meditations which is a complicated process that involves an email and credit card numbers. I thought the app is free but that was a little Misleading. The 3 or 4 meditations that you do have access to our great.

Great app but....

This is a great app. I am new to meditation so this at least helps me to start. However, there is one drawback that I have found. I like to try to meditate a little longer than the 5-10 minutes that most of the meditations are. However, when I set the timer for longer Deepak will say his part in the beginning and when the bell rings it will start over with Deepak again. So I am really not getting the 20 minutes that I set. It's still worth using though.
