For Registration to IndPay Service:
The customer will be asked to enter the CIF Number(Customer Number). After submitting the CIF Number, the OTP will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number. After entering the OTP, The customer will be asked to register using the Indian Bank Netbanking login or through existing Mobile Banking (if available). After validating the Netbanking Credentials, you will be asked to set MPIN and MTPIN. The MPIN and MTPIN should not be same. After finishing the Registration Process, Customer can login with the Credentials.

Recently OTP’s stopped coming to my registered mobile number. Unable to transfer funds. I was able to do this before but not now. Please fix the OTP issue.

Hi - I am unable to register the account using a mobile number in USA. I get the error message right after I send the text message without any delay. Here is the error message. “Request could not be completed as delay from aggregator or mobile operator network unavailable, please check your mobile number or network”. Btw- the app used to work just fine before all this enhanced security making me register the account again. The cell phone number matches the account number with the bank. So no issues here.
I live in US, after the upgrade I have tried to register for about 20 times, I have contacted AT&T wireless tech support they claim their is no issues with the sms aggregation or sending to India. We still receive the same error
You have a pathetic IT team. The App never works properly. The apps similar to your are developed by 10 year old. If your team cannot make a reliable app. You should fire them immediately along with head of IT. If you outsourced the job, show them the door.
I am unable to send the sms that was generated by the app after providing cif number. I am trying to use the app from US. No luck so far.
Poor app I’m unable to register it’s been more than six months now there is no update..
Finally made some baby towards technology. Please remove the creepy animations. Not so appealing but still something is better than nothing. Hope things fall in place eventually. Enable otp to be sent to email.
