Completely worthless app.
nate20z

This app simply doesn’t function as intended. It is a waste of time.

Whoa, it’s like a whole new app!
bossHogg247

Love to see the new updates! I can connnect to my bike and see all details. Super cool

Disappointed

Would be a great idea if it actually worked

Great App

Indian has done well upgrading this app! You can now log into Ride Command on your computer, and plot out a route. Then Bluetooth the route directly to the bike! This works very well. Make sure you update the latest firmware on the bike, and add the app to your phone. It works well syncing to your iPhone! Also, add many way points to take the roads you want to ride on, so the navigation software doesn’t vary from your route! I entered several planned routes with many way points and they all take the roads I entered. Thank you Indian for finally getting this right!

Don’t waste your time

What seems like a simple procedure is not. I had a simple question about login/password compatibility and after 3 weeks and poor response from Indian, they still couldn’t find an answer. All they could do is blame it on the app which they don’t own or understand how to use. There are other options.

Does not recognize bike
cavolpert

Will not connect to bike even though I’m connected to bike via Bluetooth. Just get message not able to find bike, connect to Bluetooth

Will not recognize that my phone is paired
BeantownRM

I’ve tried every conceivable way to pair this app on an iPhone X with my 2019 FTR 1200S, and it will not recognize the bike in the app. I can pair the bike with my phone, calls and texts show up on my gauge screen while I’m riding, and it even shows a little phone with status bars on my bike’s screen at startup! Still, the app says “pair with your bike to see vehicle data”. My motorcycle will not talk to this app. I guess I’ll wait for an update and try again then. ??‍♂️

They HAVE an App!
Jeremy M Thomas

I’m writing this for one reason. They HAVE an app. I’ve owned many bikes and buying an Indian I feel like the culture and the service is beyond anything I’ve experienced owning Japanese bikes.

So far, so frustrating
eruditewhitetrash

Every time I launch the app, it prompts me to login. Every time, it tells me my saved keychain password is incorrect and prompts me to reset. After I reset, it works until the next time I launch the app. This behavior is all the more baffling because I _never_ log out of the app. Perhaps someday this app will add to my otherwise awesome Indian motorcycle experience, but six weeks in someday hasn’t come.

Last update lost tire pressure , mileage etc
texassteve1951

This was all useful but with this update yesterday all that data at top is gone! Only the mileage is there! Please fix this
