I used this app for month, went to redeem my gift card and I was logged out. I can no longer access my account and I don’t know why. Update: I contacted support and it took until July 25th to “resolve” the issue. When I contacted them I was told I did not have an account with them. I sent them my confirmation email and was told the account was closed by me and that they have no records of my work. Why would I close my own account the day after I requested the funds? Overall I would have changed my review if there was some form of assistance given to me, but I stand firm with my review. Please do not download this scam.

I downloaded this several months ago and it was working real good in the beginning and I had taken enough pictures of places where they were hiring and had some money earned and one day I went to take a picture and noticed all the pictures I took and the money It said I earned was gone. I attempted to contact someone there and they never got back to me.

It’s nice to have some pocket money for an easy task. A few downsides on why submissions gets rejected: - It sometimes says the store is in a different location even though it isn’t - If the company is new; I guess Indeed doesn’t have on record of the new company - Marked as duplicate even though I’ve never been there before - Marked as duplicate even thought I’m outside of the 30-day window

I'm having a great time spotting business around the city and making some small change in the meantime. Verifications are great too, but adding zoom in capability and cropping pics would guarantee users verifying submissions get to keep a 10/10 vision! Also a referral program wouldn't be bad!!

Don’t even begin to waste your time with this app. I took numerous photos of job signs and store fronts which all but two were accepted. It showed me I had $8 something as the balance on my account (credited to me). Then I look yesterday and it’s been reduced to $6 something, so I sent request for amazon card before they weaseled me out of any other money. This morning I go on and more than half of my submissions are all of a sudden after many days or being approved, now disapproved saying they weren’t taken at the location. If I take a picture of a now hiring sign inside a store and then walk outside to take a picture of the store front that should count. If I drive up to a store and take the pic of the now hiring on their front door and then the store front (store front in both pics) I should be given credit. Finally if there is a sign right on the side of the road where the store is located and where there logo is clearly established and then a pic of a store front that should count. These people are just getting your info, using it, and then withdrawing the credit you deserve for it. Shame on indeed.com and this entire app. Waste of time!
Verify function no longer working

I like this app and enjoy using it but....... Are used to use verify function regularly , but now I’m suddenly at zero stars and 15% no matter how many obvious photos I verify. I’ve emailed support twice and the first time they just told me how verify works. Duh! I know how it works. The second time they didn’t bother to answer. There’s no point in me verifying anymore I guess and they are not interested in helping to fix the problem. It would be nice if there were other options rather than just Amazon gift cards for the pay out. It be great if we could get visa or MasterCard gift cards. I’m rating the app a three because their support is not helpful.

Love the app but so many of my posts get rejected because I can’t zoom in like I could with the camera on the phone. Please add a zoom feature! Great app otherwise!

Love the app. Amazon cash just to take pics is great. I live in NY so every time I’m walking around, I see help wanted signs. Nice way to make a little spending money.

Simply snap a picture of the hiring sign and the front door and voila! Rack up those points then easily redeem for an Amazon gift card. It doesn’t get easier than that.
