Easy to use, Convenient. App, has bug issues after lesson 12; doesn’t offer the free lesson as it did once before with on a different phone. But over really good app. Thanks

The app is well put together for beginners, though it would take more then 24hrs to learn Mandarin. Also, whoever wrote the pinyin needs to double check because I’ve found some pinyin that are miss-written/accents in wrong places. Other then that, the app is great and the same companies does other languages as well which is great.

Not syncing across devices

I purchased this item on my phone, but on my tablet it say not purchased. But the writing says “ You already own this item.” But underneath that it says Invalid payment! And yet, the money has left my bank and I have a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase and it is downloaded on my phone. Needs a serious fix!
