Stopped working with new wifi

I installed a new wifi. All is okay except it recuses to accept the camera or the wifi password. Went from 5 stars to negative ones if they ever existed! Sad!! Obviously, no updates.

I purchased this clock/camera device. I’m following the instructions on how to connect it to WiFi and it doesn’t work! It cannot be connected with WiFi!! It’s so frustrating!!! Completely useless!

This app and camera is trash, DO NOT BUY!! When I try and connect the camera to my phone it keeps saying UID is invalid. Complete waist of time and money!! Do not buy!!

addinbg a cam even the uid is correct entered matching the device it throws yup a dialog “invalid uid” how can i add cam to multiple devices such as phones and tablets?

I bought this app a few months ago, connected it and had no use for it...in my time of need for it, for protection against someone who’s threatened me, it stopped working literally I’ve uninstalled the app several times and reset the camera multiple times the app doesn’t even detect any WiFi networks around to hook it up to and I have had the same one! When it was still connected, said “wrong password.” And nothing from my network has changed the entire time I’ve had it???????????? I need it fixed like today.....

When I first got this, it worked decently. Sound it not the best but works. Real-time video is good but my issues is that my alarm Screenshots don’t save the way thy sort of did before.. and that’s the whole reason I got this camera. Stupid.
