I’ve had the older app since 2007/08 and it was my very favorite app for many reasons. Now I feel totally lost with this newer version and I don’t like it at all!!! It doesn’t give you many frames as the older one did. Even when you use the search option, not many pop up on what you’re looking for and the navigation through the app is slow and the whole setup and change is just horrible. I hope things turn around very soon or you may lose this huge fan and many others too. I hope there is another Ikimi that’s better than this one.

Shane & Kent you have no idea how many hard times your app has allowed me to put a smile amongst love ones faces. Not all bad occasions either. When the logo for the app had changed & I couldn’t find it I was so sad & reached out via email & I was informed on the update and what to do. I would recommend this app to any & everyone. Their response via emails are just as perfect as the app.

Your App is my absolute favorite:-) Don’t faint...I have over 60,000 photos on my phone! Most of them are framed with your beautiful App. Kent has been awesome with his replies to my questions and comments. Please commend him for his excellence. I would really appreciate having access to all your frames in all of your Apps, but I am on disability and have very limited funds. If you could provide this for me, I would SO APPRECIATE your doing so. In turn, I could write other positive reviews, from time to time.
