Garbage. Waste of space on my iPod.

Lucy's pet

I wanted an app to check my gmail without having to go through a browser app or my laptop, and this was perfect for it!. WAS.. The app sits there loads, let's me see the first few emails that are old from last time it actually worked, (which was sometime in 2014) glitches and loads again and repeats until I exit the app. I've tried doing all the updates and that doesn't help. Nothing does. I am very upset that this was such a great app and now they just let it become complete garbage. Going to be uninstalling since all it does is take up space now.

Hmm

Guyyyyyyyyyyy

I'm shocked the reviews are so bad because I love this app & have used it for years

Musical Ads-You Gotta Be Kidding!

BPSKAR

Every time I check my mail annoying musical ads start playing at an elevated volume, just like TV. Great! Do you really want this? I'm searching for an alternative.

WORTHLESS

Ladylea3546

I don't get it. You give yet another update claiming "minor bug fixes" yet the biggest bug is not addressed: no notifications. No sound, no badge ... Nothing. This app is worthless without notifications. What are you thinking??? Please don't waste your money on a useless app. I miss the notifications THAT I PAID FOR. I PAID FOR SOUND AND BADGE NOTIFICATIONS YEARLY BUT THEY DISAPPEARED. THANKS A LOT!!! Great investment then to have it just disappear and be taken away from me and nobody follows up to remedy the problem. Buy a different app!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crapple

MacTelecom

After 8 months they finally fixed it in the update. Go support team! (Sarcasm) Previous review Push stopped working, this application is turning into garbage. I followed all the instructions on how to fix it and it still doesn't work. My only regret is paying for lifetime push

USELESS

LARGECARTOON

App does absolutely nothing. No notifications. I wasted my lifetime payment. Don't waste your money on this piece of crap!

Could not get Badges to work

William__

This has one, just ONE, good feature; you can zoom the text up some, if you have old eyes and can’t read the stupid tiny text in regular Gmail. Otherwise, this app just shows Web-Gmail in a window with some option buttons. And the iPad version is even worse.

Now Working … Problem With PUSH

JEA99

Push notification does not work, it worked for a while and then stopped. Despite a number of times of contacting support, do not even get a response back. That said, except for the PUSH, which is now included for free, it is a good mail app. In the past, support was much better … hope this does not mean the app will wither on the vine PUSH suddenly started working again

Love the Touch ID feature

Taigapup

I downloaded the free version of this app for the passcode Touch ID protection and I'm very pleased. It prompts for a passcode every time you open the app, which is what I wanted. I would give it 5 stars except the ads are particularly annoying-- they take over the whole screen with a 5 second countdown before you can X out.

Bad update

xtine2000

Usually my favorite app for email. However, this most recent update has some problems. I've paid for features in the past that prevent me from dealing with ads. Now, all I have is ads! And when I try to restore previous ad-ons, it doesn't work. I also paid for lifetime hosted push, and now it completely doesn't work. What's the point? I contacted support and their server isn't even accepting my email (which I did via gmail through THEIR app). I've logged out and quit after trying to restore the ad-ons and that doesn't work either. Hoping this is fixed soon! Right now, this is completely worthless and I PAID for these services.
