I appreciate the ease it gives, updates via email of wins. I have yet to use the scratch off feature, but will try soon .

App needs the ability to add $1 winning tickets to your account when using the scanner. You are required to log in to use the scanner function so the ability to add small winnings to your account is already there.

It seems Customer service representatives have very minimal knowledge on how to resolve a problem. Have reached out to you for few times for my profile details issue but still there is no solution provided

App developers are very responsive to issues with this app and have corrected all previous complaints that I had. Adding scanner capability for scratchers was a great move. Thank you.

App won’t allow to purchase tickets even though I have money on the account - try to sign in and get the oops message - let another developer do the lottery app - you guys obviously don’t know what the hell yiur doing

This is easy to use. Funding options are limited, but otherwise I love that I don’t have to go into the store to buy a ticket anymore!
