Worked with 3 lights for few days, although the lights had to be reset several times. Now it does not work at all even after reinstalling the app. This is actually 0 star rating but can not select less than 1

Loaded the app two days ago and set up two bulbs fairly easily. Two days later, I open the app to change light colors, and BOOM! The app crashes. And again and again. Even after rebooting my iPhone. If you can't change a smart bulb's color, it's not very smart, is it? Nice bulbs, lousy app.

This app is pretty bad and didn’t even add my devices. Go to the app called EIQ smart and add it there it works better.

I've been using this app to control my light for about 2 years now and out of the blue, the app crashes on launch. I've tried it on my iPhone 11 Pro Max even tried reinstalling it, and I tried it with my iPhone 7 Plus same issue, same troubleshooting. Don't be cheap buy a reliable bulb like from Samsung.

The app won’t stay open and keeps crashing before I get the chance to change the color of my light. It’s stuck at blue and it’s always dark In my room. I used to love the app but now it’s not really worth it.

Wow, I can’t believe I found the worst app ever developed. Congratulations! My 6 year old daughter could design a better app, and it would work.

It works but barely. Does not save any settings or colors. It’s supposed to have this function as seen in the scenes function but it does not keep any settings. App seems to have been abandoned.

After installing 2 recessed LED fixtures, they began to flash white light. I then installed the app from the AppStore. I logged in as instructed and the app was not able to connect to the bulbs. It repeatedly reported “connection fail.” After about 10 minutes, one of the bulbs began flashing brighter. I clicked the “add” button on the app and it was finally able to see one of the bulbs. I selected the bulb and clicked install, then finish. Went back to the device screen and continued to get the “connection fail” notification and no devices were listed. I have not been able to successfully connect to the bulbs. They are still flashing white. I suspect the bulbs use a Bluetooth version that is incompatible with my iPhone SE.

The bulbs sorta works except the colors aren’t very bright and I wish the music part of the app would work.
