Download the Dream Cheeky iLaunch Controller app to wirelessly control the iLaunch Thunder. This is the latest addition to the Dream Cheeky arsenal, designed to shoot missiles at all these pests who keep trying to ruin your day.
The iLaunch Controller app can be used after your iLaunch Thunder is paired to an iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad, via Bluetooth®.
Use the iLaunch Controller in Touch-Screen Mode or G-Sensor Mode.
In Touch-screen Mode:
• Place your finger on the screen and slide your finger up, down, left and right, to move the iLaunch Thunder in the corresponding direction.
• Hold your finger on the green target for a second to make the iLaunch Thunder fire one of its four foam missiles.
• If the “Shake to fire” option is enabled, you can also fire your iLaunch Thunder by shaking your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad briefly.
In G-Sensor Mode:
• Tilt your iPod touch, iPhone, or iPad, or iPod touch forward, backward, to the left, or to the right, to move the iLaunch Thunder accordingly.
• Hold your finger on the green target for a second to make the iLaunch Thunder fire one of its four foam missiles.
This will definitely give you the winning hand in office warfare!
Does anyone know if there is any support or development on out of date apps. I hate to just throw away my iLaunch. Any suggestions?
The launcher itself is pretty decent. It generates enough air pressure to send the little foam missiles flying a pretty good distance! The rechargeable via UBS battery is a nice touch. My only gripe with the launcher is how noisy it is ... no possibility of a stealth launch with this thing! Unfortunately, the controller app was a big disappointment. Connecting to the launcher was easy, but the app itself seems very "gimicky". The manual controls for aiming the launcher are very unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to get any sort or precision aim out of the launcher. What good is having the nice launcher if I can't aim it well enough to hit anything? Fix the control app to improve the manual aiming responsiveness, and you would have a five-star product on your hands.
Hardware is fine. Works great. App quit working at all. Opens then hides and can't use it. When it used to work, aiming was horrible (using tilt or finger swipe). Developers need to add a direct entry mode where you can specify elevation and azimuth. (i.e. 25 degrees up, 15 degrees left)
This app won’t run on iOS 11 since it has not been updated to 64 bit
My launcher is a paper weight because this app has not been updated to support ios11. Weak
