App worked great until POS APPLE forced an update. Now NOTHING. Please fix your app.
OK - would be better by Equipment type & muscle detail
My 2 cents...
This demo's some exercises but I thought it might be specific so I could see options for my machine. I would think it would be a good, free app to boost sales. Also would like specifics around muscles worked by exercise.

This is a great app. Give you general workouts that you may not know of. For being free demo no one should be complaining!! Nice job

No description of exercises, specific muscles used, etc. come on Bowflex, U can do better. If not, u shouldn't be Making ur equip.!
