Trouble with live

Salaam Alaykum, I have both the English and Arabic apps. The English works great but the Arabic doesn't. I touch the live icon بث حي and nothing happens. Also the page appears with parts missing, not sure why. I am using an iPad mini. I tried watching directly from the website, the web page is in Arabic but when I click live play, the show only plays in the Farsi language. Please help if you can. Thank you.
