Why is there no recent version for HTML 5 programming.. Currently, we cannot transfer our files from the computer to the mobile phone

This app is great! I’ve used it for several years now, and refer to files- text & audio,- daily. I’ve tried several other apps in this genre, but always come back to this one. Easy to use, orderly, and crosses devices from iCloud with no problem. I really appreciate it, and am delighted that it’s still available. Hope that doesn’t change!

This app pointlessly requires iOS 7 even though it doesn't require any iOS 7 specific features. Not everyone wants to downgrade from iOS 6 to iOS 7/8/9/10............lazy devs...
