I downloaded the app to find out that the folders aren’t there and I can’t find a guide online to fix this. Please help

On my phone I can't even save anything on to it , and I couldn't even save one picture,that's how sucky this app acts sometimes,I'm never downloading it again.

I like it because it works but I just hate the ads there so anoying that u need to get rid of the ads on here and when u do I'll give a better rate.
