I have an up to date iPad Pro, 10.5 - iOS 11.3.1. I was able to import a small Numbers file to test. When selecting “Open In”, nothing happens. So, I can add files, but not do anything with them other than emailing? Also, support seems non-existent, since tapping on the “mail” icon also does nothing. They do not list a web page that I can see. I will request a refund. I just bought the app a week ago. (May, 2018)

I used to be trouble with controlling my files. I have used a lot of this kind apps, all of them was not as good as this one. I recommend it to you because it will help you a lot, if you want to handle your files on your mobile phone.
Can’t see USB drives unless IOS is jailbroken

I was mislead by YouTube claims that you can use this to transfer files between IOS device and an external USB drive (thumb, portable, etc.). Apparently you can but only on IOS devices that were jailbroken. That solution is too risky for me. On a stock iPad it gives you a little functionality but iTunes hard-connection and apps I already had do as much or more. Looking at wireless wifi connection devices like D-Link SharePort Go Mobile instead.
