Do NOT download this app! They will take your money but won't respond to any support emails. If you have a IPhone, go to "REPORT A PROBLEM" and submit a case claim so that you can get your refund because these folks will not give you your money back! Shady Company!
Don’t get this app- they will take advantage of having your payment information!

I signed up for a week trial and before the trial even ended they charged me for a yearly subscription AND TWO DIFFERENT monthly subscriptions!!! They took over $200 out of my account during a free trial period. Disgusting business tactics- don’t waste your time.
Can’t receive faxes

I signed up for the free trial and the outgoing faxes seem to have been delivered, but when I asked a friend to send me a fax to confirm that I could receive, I got nothing. Guess I should have read the FAQ about receiving faxes before signing up - all 4 posts there reported the exact same thing!

Love this new fax app… used another for years just terrible I thought they were all like that and continued putting up with just a terrible app… Boy what a difference iFax makes I’m stunned I love it… people still fax there is still a requirement to fax this is a great app to do so… Happy I made the switch… Try it you’ll see how super easy it is… best of luck
Subscription didn’t cancel

I had the 7day trial and I canceled the subscription before the 7day trial was over, I just happened to look at my subscriptions on my phone and I saw that I have the one year subscription for this app, but I never wanted the one yr subscription, I need my money back for the subscription that I never wanted and I had cancel the subscription before the 7day trial was over.

I hate the free for 7 days with a subscription hook. It’s easy enough to use, but you have to subscribe. I’ve previously downloaded other fax apps that were equally as easy and actually free. I’m not happy with this and will definitely be deleting once I’m done with it.
Tech support does not respond to cancellation request

I forgot to cancel my trial and just got billed $170 last week. I have sent two cancellation requests but so far got no response.
