It's amazing to see just how many earthquakes are occurring all the time around us. This app is easy to set up and works well, with a simple, informative interface that shows date, time, and location of events, both as text and on the map. It could be improved by filtering out repeated notifications of the same event. In the last 2 days, I have received a dozen notifications of what appears to be the same quake in Idaho.

I use it daily. What an education of the planet we live on, it's definitely worth having on my iOS. No app problems!
Map doesn't work

When I try to open the map to see the earthquakes in a map, the app closes.....

This app gives almost instantly all about the news of global Earthquakes and detailed information but unfortunately it's bad news of natural calamities! That's life!

Finally deleted this paid app, after 6 mo. It never worked right. It was not very customizable with limited options. The notifications do not work. It was always showing me quakes, not on list, when I opened app. Found Earthquakes Alert, by JRuston, works much better AND he has a way to report bugs and answers your questions.
Add additional alert tones
