Fun game , but needs more
I started this game because I’m obsessed with the character designs and just the way you can battle. I’m never sure about these types of games because I usually delete them after a few days but I can see I’ll be keeping this one for a hot minute.

Kinda disappointed in the way my problem is being resolved to say the least. Wrote multiple email to idleheroes and the situation is just getting worse. First problem I had was not being able to purchase anything in game. They asked for the player ID and server. I gave the information thinking that this will be remedied easily. Now I am unable to log into the game at all. Gives Account or Password Error. There was no changes on my side to cause this complication. Acts like my account just been deleted completely. Not getting response from support anymore either. Down Right wonderful customer service in my opinion “NOT”

The game is amazing, but I wish there was a way to get 5-star heroes. That’s all I want to say this game is awesome please play it
