Frustrating ad malfunction

Have been playing this game for quite some time. I understand the ads and accept that I have to watch them. My frustration is that the ads are freezing up and not allowing me to watch them therefore not allowing me get any of the benefits of watching them. If you play the game you know you can’t beat levels if you don’t have rain. Sometimes it won’t even let me harvest aaaarrrrgggg One week later as time is about to expire the ads are not working again so I cannot harvest. Done

Found shoeboxes issue

I’m sooo addicted to this game. But I have a question. Every time I get a goal to “find shoeboxes” the shoeboxes I find are not counted. Is that an issue to fix or am I doing something wrong?

It feels like everything you do you have to watch ads to get through it. I felt like it isn’t really a game just ad watching
