It doesn’t work at all. I just have a gray screen saying “Connecting.” It never connects. I want my money back!

Every time I try to Connect My iPad with my MacBook to iDisplay, it doesn’t work. The Circle is Constantly spinning and Never Loads. On my MacBook, it shows my iPad though. This Issue Happened on iOS (iPad Air 2, 16 GB, Running iOS 11.4.1) and Mac (2015 MacBook Air, 128 GB, Running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) I can’t wait till this app gets Permanently Banned on All Sources from the Following. 1. Mac 2. Windows 3. iOS 4. Android

App causes my display on my 2017 MacBook Pro to go wild with flashing colors. Only way to stop it is to uninstall. In addition, I can’t get it to connect to my iPad. All latest software. Equally bad, I wrote several tech support requests that are still unanswered. I’m removing and can’t recommend.

Does not work with iPad Pro and Windows 10 with both at the current versions. Needed to support a work crisis. Paid $15. Nothing. A complete zero. Sad that tools like this exist on the App Store. I want a refund.

I just spent 15 dollars for nothing, the app says connecting but nothing is happening. I would like my money back ASAP. Note that the description is misleading!

When this app first came out I bought it right away and used it a little bit. It was vaguely useful for its intended purpose at the time, but its performance could have been better. Every few years I find myself needing its functionality again but it gets worse and worse. At any given time it might not support standard iPad resolutions, or the performance will be lousy, or it might not even connect at all. And most recently, it caused my iMac to get incredibly unstable just by being installed - the .kext was causing my window server to freeze and my kernel to gobble up all my memory even though the app wasn’t even running! And their tech support never even responds to messages. Avoid this piece of garbage at all costs.

With a lot of skepticism (thanks to my experience with former non-functional app), I download the apps on ipad pro 2015 12.9" and on windows 10 laptop with a celeron cpu (reboot needed), and prayed for them to miraculously connect; and, they connected; ...hmm... not that bad..., at least it is alive, my first thought./——- I was quite impressed to find out the following functionalities: 1) my entry laptop can handle the set up without a sweat; 2) can show the documents in two resolutions (a) ipad pro 12.9 resolution and (b) somewhat lower resolution; 3) to my big supprise, I can interact with the documents shown on the ipad using various gestures; 4) I can even rotate the ipad screen, and the view automatically adapted on the fly to the ipad orientation "without crushing"... nice/—— Here are a few features I’d like to suggest: 1) support for wired-connection on win.10 to eliminate lags; 2) support for more resolutions [especially lower resolutions, because higher resolution means small fonts]; 3) the pointer clicking point is slightly offset with the tip of the pointer (I need to aim with middle or tail of the pointer to make a desired click.
