Its TERRIBLE that this devise won't be supported in the future iOS update, developer isn't updating for current and future iOS systems I bought in good faith, that it would work till IT broke, not because of developer needed updates. I couldn't imagine buying a shovel in any year prior to 2017 for snow, and a message on my shovel after purchase reads this unit is not good for 2017 snow and after.

I love this app and the scanner, but I cannot use it until you update it as it is not compatible with iOS 11 and higher. Please update the app so that I can use my scanner. Thank you Please update the app. Otherwise the scanner is useless. Starting to question whether I will buy Brookstone products in the future. Why are you not updating? This is a rather expensive paper weight.

Why would you sell an electronic device that requires software and then not support it.... is this the way brookstone operates..... will think twice and tell my friends and family to stay away from brookstone products
