I just purchased the ‘full version, everything included and no ads for $9.99’ for my granddaughter. Imagine my frustration and surprise when she can’t open several of the options AND there are still ads! They certainly took my payment though! What can I do?

So hello this game is TERRIBLE(sorry I’m just raging apologize bout that)because every 2.5 seconds there’s ANOTHER AD like honestly can you guys put a least half of your ads that you put on cause it’s pretty difficult to play the game. But I don’t exactly hate the game it’s just WAY TO MANY ADS. But in the future you will improve. I hope this is kinda-sorta helpful. Thanks have a good day.
