I was having issues with game booting me constantly. I wrote to developers and they were very fast in responding. Glitch has been corrected and back to playing my favorite game. 5 Stars to Developers & Game ???

I love this game the mostest and I’m having trouble with it freezing up on me. I refuse to delete so if u can fix me I will stay loyal to my lil snowmens haha thanks so much. Update OMG my game freezes up so often Help!!!

I absolutely love this game ! Buy tons of stuff never an issue . Today can’t make purchases from my iPhone but my android I could . I purchased (2)100 gold bars at 1.99 each and (2) booster packs for 4.99 each with . I only got 1 booster pack and paid for everything else . It showed up as it was there and when I started playing it disappeared. 350 gold bars and some boosters gone . I wasn’t happy. I went in my iPhone not showing on there Either . So neither the android or iPhone registered the purchase but I was charged for it . I tried contacting support didn’t see a number. Really bummed I’ve never had an issue . And since yesterday the games been freezing kicking me off when I’m doing the snow man challenge so I’m losing 10 bars plus snowmen I catch . It’s happened like 8 times from yesterday to today reason why I bought so many gold bars . I should’ve had 500 gold bars total and end up with 150 . And got charged 4.99 twice and 1.99 twice and got only one booster . So if the company reads this can you please reimburse me or add the 350 gold bars and boosters from booster pack I’m owed that I payed for . Other than last two days I love this game ! It’s awesome!
Fun game, but can’t play

I love this game. I don’t usually play games, but this one is fun. There seems to be a glitch or something. I can only get to the screen where you hit play and then it all freezes. Been doing that for about a week now

I have enjoyed this game for a couple of years. Within the last couple of months the game freezes resulting in loosing extended play times that were earned, use of boosters and plays in general. It makes no difference on what device the game is played on. I wish it would go back to the way it was Screen freezes continue but not as often.

I’m tired of being frozen! Time to remove this app-not much fun anymore. So much for correcting the problem. Worse than before!

How can there be no solutions to these freezing screens and drop offs? Yes, I was compensated for this happening previously— but it makes me not want to even use them because it’s so frustrating to even play. Help. Make it stop. If it’s the ads, stop playing the ads!!!
