Latest updates caused bugs, not fixed them

My son and I play this game together all the time, and since the new update we can't upgrade our berries or shells. Also Manny and Diego are trapped in the ocean off island and my whirlpool doesn't bring debris or work properly. Please fix so we can get back to family time together!

It was fun for a long time. But it now has A LOT of bugs. It’s not worth playing right now. I hope it all gets fixed.

I don’t like that I have collected everything, but I can’t make it to New Snowington. I really really REALLY like the game and I love the movies but, I can’t really play the game anymore. . .?
Stuck in the same island

For some reason I can’t move on, it keeps saying I need to clear the island before moving on but I already did and I rescued all the animals. Please fix it.
Lost ALL my progress

I was having SO much fun in the game. I expanded my land, rescued 40 animals and upgraded my berry and shell storage to the max. Then one day, I come to play it again, and I had lost about three quarters of my animal, my berry and shell storage were only 1000 max, and my land was to the minimum. Completely disappointed. It’s really sad because I was having so much fun on the game.
You’re Waisting Your Time and Money

When I got this app, I read the reviews and it was all “I love this game” and “So fun to play!” So I decided to try it out. It worked well for the first few minutes then I experienced trouble. It said (although I had already did this) to rescue all of the parents from the previous island. Therefore I am saying that the game wouldn’t let me move on to other levels. There was also a glitch where it wouldn’t allow me to spend any of my berries. There was no plants left on my islands, and the caves would only spin onto the berry icon, therefore giving me more berries and not shells, leading to my next issue with this game. The only way I could get more shells was to buy them with acorns. I personally think there should be another way for people playing this game to earn shells and get rid of the berries. It’s all based on real money and there’s no way to get through this game without buying shells, which are bought by acorns that cost like $100 for 20 of ‘em. This game will waste your time and money on something completely useless. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Wouldn’t download again, and I hope others won’t either.

I game!!
I reported how my game reset itself. NO help! NO refund! Save your time! Before this update I was on level 1something with 270 in acorns. After this update I am now on level 32 and 14 acorns. I emailed game support and heard nothing! Either restore my game to where it was or refund ALL of my money! I will NOT play this game until they have addressed this issue!
