Pay and get poor service.

I pay $5/mo but about 25+% iCam does not connect to the view app.

Not working, need support!

Sherbr9

I purchased the bundle, not working. I’ve emailed support and need support! No replies. There’s no support contact number. Please email me a number to call! Once this is up and working I will re-rate. Thank you.

Works as advertised

Doc Ricardo

I monitor four work locations with no issues. Needed to pay the $10 “lifetime” fee to get the connection but that’s a small price to pay for what I got

Had to delete this app

I need an app that will be a stand alone install option with an iPad. This app requires another device like a laptop to set up the logon. No option to set up a logon with the iPad alone, at least on this iPad.

Useless.

Flygirlwest

Installed on 3 devices, followed the producer’s setup guide. All I get is NO LAN SOURCES FOUND. I definitely have the same username and password (remember I said I followed their guide). My icamSource was connected to server. Didn’t work at all

Unusable

I don’t usually write reviews. I especially don’t usually write reviews for great apps which I should definitely do more. But usually the bad apps get people’s ire. First off, I have a superb security app on my phone. It shows all my cameras. They look great. A ton of advanced features. The only problem is that Xfinity recently did something with their security firewall that makes that app sometimes look like a DNS attack because of multiple ip addresses. I haven’t been able to inquire about a potential work around so I figured I would look for a secondary app. Maybe there’s something great out there. Surprisingly there’s not as many as you’d think. If you want a cat themed calculator that meows every time you hit equals there’s probably 237 of those but security apps for multiple cams about 5. Maybe 5. Well I tried this app based on the reviews. First red flag, the version history stopped 1 year ago which either means the developers created such an amazing app that no more updates are needed or (and this is the correct answer) it’s a ‘dead’ app. A ‘dead’ app doesn’t mean they won’t take your money though and you will need to spend money to get it to work “correctly”. And by “correctly” I mean show you a 120p 10fps image. The advanced features are so minimal. I couldn’t get another camera to work even though I do this regularly, adding cameras to my setup. This app may have been adequate in 2013 but good lord does it look bush league in 2020. This app is offensively unusable.

Not good

Couldn’t get this to work and I didn’t get a receipt to even be able to request a refund.

Borderline useless

You’re able to see your webcam on your phone but not your phone camera on your computer. What a waste.
