Doorbell instruction do not match app

Setup instruction does not match app. App asked for Device ID yet they don’t bother to tell you where to find it. No phone support. No online support. Just an outlook email. Not happy

Device will ask you for device ID and a password !! But don’t tell you what default password is !! Tried basic one like 0000, 1234 , nothing ! Can’t change or set up account til it pairs with device, and that will NEVER happen! So don’t waste time

Have been using this app for 6 months. Does not push notifications. Only works when app is open. Does not capture image of person ringing doorbell unless App is open. Cannot get the image to flip so icons are upside down from the image. NO support anywhere online to address issues. It is useful when I am away from home if I just want to see what’s going on outside or maybe check the weather at home.

The app has stop sending me notifications completely. Along with the door chime which no longer will go off when someone rings the doorbell. Completely unreliable trash. Going to get a ZMODO atleast they’re on top of their products and apps.
