This app has more flexibility than any I have seen. You can select your level of difficulty, practice on select situations you may have problems with, construct your own convention card, and of course Duplicate is always available. Great job guys - best support group you could ask for Hord

I have enjoyed relearning a game I played badly as a kid. The hints teach you bidding conventions and help you learn strategies for effective play. When I'm feeling bratty I refuse to let the opponents cream my side by stopping the game, or indulge my narcissism searching for killer hands to play. It's a harmless addiction for me. There are a few things that annoy me, however. Out of hundreds of hands recently, only once has my opening bid of 2 clubs been answered with any bid but 2 diamonds.

This app plays very good bridge and has excellent commentary to help you bid and play. I liked it enough to pay for a lifetime subscription and buy Assist Forever, as otherwise you won’t continue to get the commentary. Beware, though, before purchasing Alter My System. I bought it, thinking I had a 14 day trial and would then get my money back if I didn’t like it. I wasn’t satisfied with that part of it, as you can change numerous settings to make it more like you’ve been taught, but not all. For instance, you could set it to play strong two bids, but not with weak responses to them. It evidently wants to play only weak two-bids and only strong two-club bids, so all responses to other two bids are strong. I tried to get my money back, but they say the 14 day trial is before purchasing and that it is clearly stated, but I still can’t find where it says just how to do that. Just be very careful before making any purchases, as there are no refunds and unfriendly correspondents.

After years of Bridge Baron, it is so nice to finally play bridge and learn when I make an error, and more, to learn why another play makes better sense. I got so frustrated with Bridge Baron because of errors in bidding by dummy. Also, there were times the opener's suggested bid was absurd. I like the corrections and the choice of whether to play as suggested or as you originally wished. The customer support is amazing with two almost instant responses to issues of purchase, not the ap. Nice, polite follow up emails and very clear instructions on purchase issues for two devices. I’ve only had the ap a short time, but feel I could return to the bridge table with greater confidence. Worth every cent. Tremendous preparation for explaining the ap. Extremely well done and quite enjoyable.

Very frustrating trying to win $$$ at duplicate. The past two to three weeks the hands for declarer or defender have been horrible. Like not a chance. WhT is going on
