I purchased two ibitz for my husband and I, we ate not able to get them to connect for OVER a week. My son has the kids version and we were able to get that one set up... One out of 3 is a zero, we are disappointed. Also I have not heard back from their customer service this week.
Can't get it to connect

Software on IBitz says it has to update. Then it crashes. Won't work at all.
