Pretty bad...

Won’t even play downloaded music from Apple Music, doesn’t upscale anything in library that will play. What’s the point of access to iTunes library of downloads are all drm? Seems like just asking for people to be upset when you claim Apple Music can be played. NONE of mine does, nothing downloaded from iTunes. I don’t get the point when I can just use a flac player, you claim this upscales audio res, but it doesn’t that I see. At least not any mp3, and what’s the point in upscaling .wav .flac? Already got refund, just like I sold all my korg hardware, I think I’m done w korg. Thanks for many hours of submenu rage.

Good app, needs iPad support.

I like the app, but it would be nice to have some iPad support and screens. It would be easier to navigate and work with. I tend to leave big files and collections on my iPad since it has more storage than my phone and it leaves my phone free for 4K video capture. I tend to be able to sit and listen when I want my hi Rez audio files. It should be easy to add the screens for the iPad (I am around a lot of app development) and integrate them.

Great app for iphone

Golvich

iAudiogate App is the most well designed and elegant Hi-Res Music App. But they need to add some features like OVERLAP/CROSSFADE is to produce a smooth playlist transition between two sections of audio.

One big flaw

Ellivenud

Every time you select a song to play it launches full screen view of the album... that’s awesome if you’re having a sleepover and everybody’s listening to albums together and they can all get really into the artwork, discuss, etc... But if I’m at the gym (or anywhere else) that I don’t feel like sharing with everybody knowing what I’m actually listening to... then I gotta go with a different app. Otherwise it’d be great.

It cant scan music files inside album folder

SpiderMeng

I directly drag my album folder to the app via itunes but the app cant scan the music files inside the folder. Please make it scan available. Thanks.

Not universal, doesn't support album shuffle...

CaptainFearful

Embarrassingly bad UI, isn't Universal and yet another supposedly audiophile directed piece of software that doesn't support Album Shuffle.

Needs work

Mark_S_NYC

Poor UI. Doesn't see tags (Onkyo player sees them perfectly).

Don't bother.

Korg lies. This software does not turn your iPhone into a hi res audio player capable of DSD output like they lead you to believe. You need an external DAC for that. Korg has stopped producing such hardware, so you are on your own. An entry level DSD DAC is the iFi Nano-iDSD. Without hardware you might as well stick with iTunes, since there is no difference in sound quality if you don't compress you files. (Heaven forbid.)

No DSD 128 play back

sound que

I have the iPad versions for the Onkyo HF player and the Iaudiogate player. With a larger sound stage and better instrument separation the Iaudiogate sounds better. Having said that, had I known that the Iaudiogate does not play DSD 128 files I would of never purchase this app. Not being able to play these files, I will have to give the Iaudiogate 4 stars. With it’s ability to play all files up to DSD 128 and more functions to enable in its settings panel, I will give the winning edge to the Onkyo player for it’s over all performance.

No documentation

I'd like my money back. This app is terrible. I wirelessly downloaded a 24/96 file from Dropbox and it only plays at 48k. The FAQ is a joke as there is no information about how to use the app or any kind of manual. Except for not having wireless transfer the Onkyo HR app is much easier to use and is really Hi Res. Plays all formats.
