Everything has disappeared!

All of my hints, keys, crystals, bombs, etc have disappeared! My progress is still at the same place, but everything else is gone. I love this game and otherwise had nothing but good things to say about it until now.

The screen is zoomed in so I can’t see the navigation options. I’m stuck on a level and can’t leave.
Can’t play because board won’t complete

I am currently unable to play this game because, after completing a puzzle, the game did not recognize that it is complete, and will not go to the main menu. This is just stupid. I confirmed that all answers are populated, as well. Can you fix? Update.... since apparently you releasing one isn’t going to happen. I cannot access this game to play. I have posted the issue, along with hundreds of others, with no response. You app developer site doesn’t even list this game, and therefore, I cannot even request assistance from tech support. Update.... please ignore, as I have deleted the game
They are trying to get your money

As soon as I opened it I saw you had to earn keys and unlock new levels with them. Not only that but you have to wait before you can move on to the next level. There is literally a timer!

I have noticed that sometimes when you leave the app with a game still running, then come back later, the hud has disappeared and you are unable to back out of the game to the main menu unless you finish that game. Unfortunately, the last time this happened to me, it wouldn’t even back out after I finished the game. I ended up deleting the game and reinstalling, but then I lost the starter pack I had purchased and see no way to reinstall purchases.

Game is fun but the timer to unlock new levels is kind of pointless in my opinion. If I’m playing a game, I want to continue to the next level. Not wait a half hour to play again. That’s not the whole point behind a game of this genre. Also, my main quests have completely disappeared and haven’t come back no matter how many times I close and reopen the app. ??

Horrible practice of making you wait to play a new level. Of course they let you skip this artificial wait by paying them money. Which makes this game essentially a pay per minute thing. Cash grab by greedy developers that simply don’t care about bringing happiness to folks, but only about making as much cash as possible.
