The app keeps crashing every time you try to log in. It lets you place an order without logging in, but then what’s the point of having a user id, saved card information, and rewards?

I love I Love Juice Bar, in fact I worked there at one point. I love that they now have an app, but unfortunately it keeps crashing. It looks to only happen when I attempt to sign in with facial recognition so hopefully that’s the problem, but it’s otherwise good so far

Update the APP! The app is easy and convenient when the app works. Too many times and occasions though that the app fails to open properly and allow login. The app quits and disappears. The only way to login is to delete the app, redownload, and reopen the app.

LOVE juice bar. Hate the app. It’s way too glitchy. Won’t reset passwords. I deleted the app twice to completely reenter my info, but it remembered my phone number, so I’m unable to order with app. Pretty frustrating. Love the açaí bowls, the juices, and the staff. 5 stars for juice bar! 1 for the app.

No matter where in the app I try to log in from, it always crashes. The only way I can order is as a guest. Other than that I like the app.
