Best Arabic learning songs available!

Ben 1988

I really love these videos, they are so effective. They have kids and adults singing along in no time even if you don't speak the language. They also have adorable children in the videos. I have already learned the whole alphabet song, it was so easy. They only thing I have found that does bother me is they don't have the option to buy all videos. They are sold in separate packages. I hope that changes in the next updated. :D

Poor customer service/App so so

I purchased most of the videos available in the app. The videos are great specially since there's not much competition out there. I would definitely recommend the videos. They're educational and age appropriate content (for preschoolers). The app itself I am not a big fan. You download the videos then after a few days (or less), it disappears from your app. So you have to keep re-downloading. I had an issue with one of the videos. It was previously working fine. Then one day I had to re-download it then... No more audio. I was hoping it was just a glitch or maybe they would fix it but it remained that way for a month or something. So I finally contacted them. First of all, contacting them is not easy. There are several contact email adds. You don't which one of them will work or which one is likes to reply so you email all. I got one reply out of I think 3 emails. That person asked for more info about the problem. I replied. But didn't hear from them again. So I emailed that person again. Still no reply. I sent a reply for the 3rd time. I'm hoping this time they will reply. Moral lesson: if you don't mind paying extra for the videos, just buy the DVDs. Or just purchase a different set of Arabic videos altogether to avoid having to deal with their customer service in case you run into problems with their product.
