The app was nice and user friendly until the IOS 9 update. Now I can't get my Bluetooth to connect and the app crashes every time. Unusable right now until upgraded.

I have an iPhone 6 wi h iOS 9 and every time I try to connect my jarv, the app crashes. The only reason I can use my jarv now is because I found my old iPhone 4s and used that to set this up.

The apple upgrade makes the device useless. And I'd just ordered a second one for a friend. Very disappointed that the app has not been upgraded.

App has been working fine since I got it in April. Now when I try to connect to the wristband it unexpectedly closes out. Please fix this so I can keep tracking my steps!
