I downloaded this hoping it would help me force myself to wake up. Turns out, when the alarm goes off, you can just close the app, completely circumventing the tasks.

Just a black screen. From the other reviews sounds like it's difficult to rely on even when it does work. If you can't rely on an alarm clock, your waking up problem is now even worse. Shame, too, because I need something like this.

I followed the directions and put my phone facedown to turn off the screen. Had alarms set at 15 min intervals all morning. Never once did it make me do a task, just let me turn off the alarm and go back to sleep. This would be a great app...if it worked.
