I love this hypnotherapist. She is the best. Her voice is relaxing. Also she does all her sessions similar in the very beginning so you can get relaxed easily. I just can’t say enough. I’ve been helped so so much from this app. I tell everyone. You won’t regret it. So many sessions to choose from too. The best!!!

I was very pleased so I decided to purchase 4 downloads. I was charged for 4 and only received 1. Sent two emails to either get assistance or receive a refund. it’s been nearly a month and no response.
Could you please get a narrator without a horrible southern accent?

This could and would be a great sleep app, but the young lady narrating it doesn’t even complete her sentences or pronounce her words correctly! It’s horrible! Believe me! They deceive you a bit with the narrative to buy the app, but it only gets worse. Don’t waste your money.

Would give 5 stars but the music is too intense, busy and too loud. I like how she walks you through relaxing your body starting from head down to feet, voice is calm. The little of the session I listened to (about half) was peaceful and calm but the music made me struggle to hear the message and just had to turn it off. I didn’t find myself sleepy at all. Soft, gentle music would make this perfect.

I have listened to this app for almost a decade. I started listening to it during a period of time when I was waking up at 3am and not falling back asleep. I fall asleep 99% of the time.

I've only had this app for a couple of days now but it seriously has worked wonders on me. I'm so relaxed and tired by the end of it and I fall right asleep after. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has trouble relaxing/sleeping, it's a huge help!!

This is a very helpful! Love all the in-app choices. I bought weight loss too and I have lost 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks... I can't say enough about how calming and effective this has been! Her voice is really soothing too. Also, I contacted Kym and she was so helpful and nice. It really means a lot when a person takes the time to respond to her customers with compassion. Thank you so much for changing my life for the better.
