Cool looking effects that you can’t put on any photo from your camera roll. Worthless.

The filters are kinda cool but it advertises as a “photo and video” app but only lets you TAKE photos, not upload existing photos. Lame.

When I saw this on the front page of the App Store, I thought it looked like a great way to easily edit photos and videos. First off, I cannot edit photos in general, so that’s that hope out of the window. Secondly, the editing aspect of it was not at all what I was expecting, a slideshow of set examples of filters that I could edit to only a slight extent. Most of the filters don’t even look that good! I should have read the reviews before buying this.
Beyond cool with obvious issues

Just picked this up and had a great time with it while I was experimenting with video manipulation and painting. Seems there is a ridiculous amount of potential here that is somehow being held back. 1. It works on imported videos, but doesn’t allow the on-the-fly x/y manipulation that can be done when recording a video with the camera, so it isn’t as dynamic in that mode as it is when using the camera, which is very unfortunate. 2. It would obviously be nice to have dynamic control of the mirrors in real time as well. 3. I’m sure there is a technical barrier to this, but being able to change FX while recording or working on an imported video combined with the above would be most ideal for developing a quicker workflow. Outside of that just such a cool app. I’m very appreciative for this app and its current functionality.
Crashes a lot!

Bought the app since it was released, and it worked fine. But then it started crashing everytime I export a video, 1/10 videos created crash. It’s o frustrating working on a project and all goes to waste. The developers don’t even respond to my mails. I love the app, but it’s unfortunately broken for me.

I personally hate this app because it lies to you about what you can do and its not a quality photo app so thats another lie. Id know, I'm a photographer.
