F2P and balance

Perhaps more F2P heroes or if you won’t make any at least adjust the skill power of the F2P heroes, to at least have a chance with the paid heroes. But overall it’s fun. P.S I like that you give options on the heroes we want to buy. It would be more amazing if we can also pick 3 different heroes on the weekly heroes. Thanks

If you’re on a quest and complete it many time you have to repeat because it will error on reward screen. The game hangs up way too much

I played for a month bought a character and my game reset. Can’t even redeem my stats.

Game is unplayable. Constant crashes. So many bugs the game isn’t enjoyable anymore. I played for almost 160 days and paid I can’t even recall how much to play, but after each update the game became significantly worse, now to the point that it cannot be played.

Pay to win. Even when you pay the support is poor and you end up spending money for nothing. Don’t do it....
Waste of money... getting worse and worse

Game was fun at first then it turned into a spending frenzy just to be able to compete. I feel sorry for the free to play folks... constantly adding paid content while the game gets more and more bugs. Almost unplayable at the moment... Buyer beware, their support will offer a few diamonds or coins as compensation that is no where near the amount you are losing out on in the game.... complete scam and a rip off.

Game is incredibly bugged (chat rarely works, guild wars don’t work, quests freeze) It also quickly turned into a cash grab as they release new heroes you can purchase, but they wouldn’t fix the issues. Anyone who wants to do well has to shell out tons of $ to do so. There is 0 incentive to play if you’re free-to-play now since the complete imbalance of new p2p heroes. Overall started out really fun, but now I rarely login for more than a few minutes.
